All orders are shipped from Columbia, SC. We use three carriers: USPS, UPS & Fedex Delivery. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs when returning an item. If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item if there is a postal error. Depending on a customer’s shipping location, exchanged product return time may vary.
